It's funny, I seem to be stuck between 2 wild @$$ brothers; both with extreme political views. One is an extremely conservative republican & the other is extremely liberal(?) almost to the point of total anarchy. I feel myself to be mildly liberal & usually vote Democrat. What always seems funny to me is that people are so busy complaining about the crooks in other parties, that they ignore the ones in their own. I kinda feel like Pogo sometimes.

Premier Jet @ Palomar

The rest of these pictures are of the facilities at Premier Jet at McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, California. I currently live 5 miles away in LaCosta, which is in a southern portion of Carlsbad.

FLUGTAG!!

Some of guys I work with participated in the Redbull Flugtag. They went the week after Comic-Con. I had already made my vacation plans & couldn't go to both. Maybe next year...
Their skit was based on the silent filmstar era. "Buster Keaton" was the pilot. The big guy with the short haircut is one of the supervisors here.





































































Everybody went in the water!
They didn't win anything, but they did get a good distance on the flight.
Good thing, since they're professional aviation personnel!!

I made it! I'll be 58 this month (June, 2008)! Living large, or at least reasonably O K in La Costa, just far enough away from the ocean to still see it, but not stuck with the marine layer. Renting a large room in a five bedroom house in a ritzy part of town and working as night watchman at Premier Jet, a private company at Palomar-McClellan airport in Carlsbad.
