I don't know, I was surprized to see the Flash on the list. It was a good argument, but I'm not sure. But what about Phoenix or the rest of the X-Men and what about the Inhumans? Aren't there some impressive types in there? I'm a little out of touch, but Norin might be the top of the heep, but surely you can do better than the Hulk or the Flash. And while we're on the subject, How about the Doom Patrol? Finally, don't forget Herbie!
Good point about the Phoenix and the X-men. I don't remember the other people you mentioned well enough to comment.
I am not so sure that the Silver Surfer could beat either Superman or Wonder Woman, but if he could, he probably belongs in that Galactus group he left out.
Thing is, once you draw that line, then it is all arbitrary anyway.
